God the Father is the creator of everything, knows everything, and has power over everything. He knows us at our best and worst and loves us more than we can imagine. He is for us and thinks more highly of us than we do ourselves.
Jesus is God’s son and is divine. He came, died, and was brought back to life so we can be reconnected to the Father. When we believe in Him, we have the perfect friend and are totally accepted into God’s family. He gives us life now and forever.
The Holy Spirit is God’s actual Spirit who lives in us when we believe in Jesus. He gives us gifts to use in service to one another, and He gives us the power to live the life we are called to live.
The Bible is the word of God, and men were inspired by the Holy Spirit to write it. We do not pick and choose what we believe; the Bible is truth we build our lives upon.
People are created in God's image. No matter someone's issues or struggles, God's love is for them. As the church, our job is to love people the way God loves people.

His Hands is a non-denominational church with over 1,500 in weekly attendance. The church was started in 2005 by Steve and Susan Craig. They launched the church and led it directly until 2013.
From the beginning, the vision of His Hands has been to love people to Jesus. Often, "church" stands between people and God, focusing on rules and traditions & forgetting that God desires a relationship with people. His Hands wants to change that. It's not about religion at His Hands; it's about Jesus.
Justin McTeer is the main communicator and leader at His Hands.
He's been on staff since 2007 and has been in the lead role since 2013. Justin's passion is communicating about Jesus in a way that's relatable, funny, encouraging, and inspiring.
Our staff is very small for a church of our size and scope. We have five full-time staff and a handful of part-timers. Everyone on the team loves being part of the His Hands family.
For the most part, we are a church of volunteer leaders. For every staff member, we have dozens of talented, skilled, and passionate people donating their time to make His Hands great.
We don't believe we can love people without helping them.
We do that in a number of ways. For starters, anyone can submit a need by going to the "Meeting Needs" page on our site (located on the "About" tab at the top of the page). We'll do whatever we can.
We also give 10% of everything that comes into the church back to the community every month. We financially support local ministries like Papa's Pantry, the Hope Center, Cherokee Family Violence Center, and OneNeed.
We have a board of directors that serves as guardrails for the church in terms of decision-making, finances, etc.
Our main accountability is transparency. We are open books, so ask us anything...anything at all and we'll tell you the truth.
We make it easy to get involved at His Hands.
We have home groups and large-group classes for adults. We also have life-stage groups for singles, young adults, etc. You can find out more about those on the "Connect" tab at the top of the website.
One of the best ways to meet people is to join a volunteer team. You can do that any Sunday at the Connect Desk in the main lobby. Our priority will be to find a team and role that fits you.
Kids and youth are a HUGE priority at His Hands, and it shows.
You can find out more about each of our kids' programs on the "Connect" tab at the top of the site.
All of our kids & youth volunteers are background-checked and there is a very secure check-in/check-out process every Sunday. The safety of your children is something we are very passionate about.
