Where can I give?

Thanks for asking! There are two ways to give, one is on Sundays at His Hands. At the back of the Big Room are four columns where we have envelopes and a slot to put them in. The other way is to give online. You can give once, or if you like, you may set up an automatic contribution.

Online Giving FAQ

Is it safe?

Yes. Online giving uses the same type of security you are protected by if you make online purchases from retailers. Your transaction is encrypted using the highest SSL security supported by your browser. We recommend using the latest version of browsers like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari.

Does giving to His Hands online cost me anything?

There are NO additional fees if you give online.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes. You can use American Express, Visa, and Mastercard to give online.

What other methods are available in online giving?

Besides credit cards, you can use your debit card as well as setup bank drafts which also come directly out of your bank account. You can also choose to give on Sunday mornings at His Hands in one of our four giving boxes at the rear of the Big Room via check or cash (envelopes provided).

Do I have to go online every time I want to give, or can I schedule my giving?

There is a scheduling feature in the program that provides a ton of flexibility. You can set up a schedule for your giving, and your gifts will be made automatically.

How long does it take for the money to come out of my account?

The date that you schedule is the date your account is debited. However, banks tend to vary in terms of reporting, and so it may take a few days for your transaction(s) to show up.

Will my past contributions be viewable online?

Yes. Once you signup to give online, it will take about 10 days for us to process your previous gifts so you can view all of your contributions online.

Will I receive an “End of Year” statement for online contributions?

Your end of year statement will include all contributions, including those made online.
